Shipping policy

1. Shipping Method
We primarily use Shopee Logistics Service (SLS) for all orders. All parcels come with a tracking number for real-time delivery monitoring.

2. Processing Time
Orders will be processed and shipped out within 2 working days after payment is confirmed.
Cut-off time: 14:00 daily.
Orders paid before 14:00 may be processed on the same day; orders paid after 14:00 will be processed the next working day.
Weekends and local public holidays are not counted as working days.

3. Estimated Delivery Time
 
- Cross-border delivery via SLS: 7–14 working days
Delivery time may be delayed due to customs inspection, weather, peak seasons, or local logistics arrangements.
 
4. Shipping Fee
Shipping fees are calculated based on Shopee’s official rate card, according to actual weight and parcel size.
Free shipping is offered for selected items as marked on the product page. Final fees are subject to Shopee’s system calculation.

5. Weight & Size Limits
 
- Maximum weight: 5 kg

- Maximum side length: 60 cm
Oversized or overweight items may require additional shipping arrangements.
 
6. Prohibited Items
We do not ship the following items:
Liquids, powders, pastes, flammable, explosive, or dangerous goods;
Counterfeit, infringing, or pirated products;
Battery-powered, magnetic items, fresh food, pharmaceuticals, tobacco, currency, and any items prohibited by local customs and laws.

7. Order Tracking
You may track your order in Shopee App:
Me → My Purchases → Select Order → View Tracking

8. Packing Requirement
All parcels are securely packed in durable, non-transparent packaging with official Shopee shipping labels to avoid damage during transit.

9. Refund & Return for Logistics Issues
 
- Lost parcels before confirmed delivery will be reissued or fully refunded.

- For damaged items, please provide photos of the parcel, label, and product within 24 hours after receipt for verification.

- Cross-border returns are processed in accordance with Shopee’s official return policy.
 
10. Reminder
Please provide accurate and complete delivery information. Additional costs or losses caused by incorrect address will be borne by the buyer.
Customs duties or taxes shall be handled according to the regulations of the destination country.
